TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RUBBER LINING AROUND THE DOOR FRAME WOULD CONTINUOUSLY WEAR PREMATURELY. THE DEALER ADVISED THE VEHICLE WAS OUTSIDE OF FACTORY WARRANTY AND REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE OWNER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
