TL*THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 CHRYSLER PT CRUISER. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH WHEN THE CONTACT DROVE OVER BLACK ICE, SLID AND CRASHED INTO A POLE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE CONTACT WAS INJURED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 89,000.
