Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CADILLAC STS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH ATTEMPTING TO PASS ANOTHER VEHICLE, AND A SUDDEN ACCELERATION OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE SPEED INCREASED TO 90 MPH. THE BRAKE PEDAL STUCK TO THE FLOOR WHEN PRESSURE WAS APPLIED. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO DECELERATE TO 30 MPH. THE AUTOMATIC PUSH BUTTON IGNITION WAS ACTIVATED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 15,000.
