TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE NEON. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WHEN THE CONTACT DETECTED THREE RUBBER ENGINE MOUNTS WERE CRACKED AND BROKEN. THE ENGINE WAS POSITIONED IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT UNSECURED DUE TO THE DEFECTIVE MOUNTS. THE CONTACT HAD CONCERN OF THE SAFETY ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
