TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKES AND THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A NEARBY VEHICLE. NO ONE WAS INJURED. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL MECHANIC FOR REPAIRS. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WAS 22000.
