2005 TOYOTA SEQUOIA WITH A SIGNIFICANTLY HIGH COLD IDLE THAT PERSISTS 5-10 MINS AFTER STARTING UNCHANGED BY PUTTING THE CAR INTO GEAR AND REQUIRING THE DRIVER TO STAND ON THE BRAKES TO STOP IT. ONCE WARMED UP, ENGINE WILL REV WHILE DRIVING WITHOUT THE DRIVER PUSHING THE ACCELERATOR BUT SO FAR HAS ONLY DONE THIS INTERMITTENTLY AND FOR A SHORT DURATION. *TR
