PROBLEM WITH VISIBILITY, DEFROSTER, BOTH BLEND DOORS ARE BROKEN, DUE TO A DEFECTIVE PART, THERE IS NO HEAT OR DEFROSTING ON THIS VEHICLE. 2003 GRAND CHEROKEE, I CAN NOT DRIVE IN COLD TEMPS WITH NO HEAT, OR DEFROST ON WINDSHIELD THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD NO HELP FROM JEEP, COST TO DETERMINE WHAT REPAIR NEEDED $100 & THEN REPAIR IS OVER $1000 AND INVOLVES REMOVING ENTIRE DASH TO REPLACE THESE PARTS. PLEASE ASSIST JEEP OWNERS WITH THIS VERY COMMON DEFECT. *TR
