Consumer Description

2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA, V8 WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STARTED THE IDLE GOES TO A HIGH RATE OF RPM. IF YOU PLACE THE VEHICLE IN DRIVE, IT WILL LURCH FORWARD IF THE BRAKES ARE NOT FIRMLY PRESSED. THE RPM IS HIGHER IN THE WINTER. THE DEALER STATES, THAT THIS IS NORMAL AND A PART OF THE COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM. I CONSIDER THIS A POTENTIAL HAZARD. THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN EVIDENT SINCE I PURCHASED THE NEW VEHICLE IN 2006. *TR
