TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD EXPLORER. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AT HIS RESIDENCE WHEN HE OBSERVED THAT THE REAR LIFTGATE EXHIBITED A CRACK NEAR THE EMBLEM. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THIS TIME. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000. UPDATED 2/22/10 *CN UPDATED 05/10/10
