Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHEVROLET S10. THE DRIVERS SEAT SLIPPED OFF TRACK AND EXTENDED TO THE REAR SEAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH OVER A BUMP IN THE ROAD OR A POT HOLE. THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED BY THE DEALER PER THE WARRANTY AND AGAIN UNDER AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FIRST FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 135,000. THE SECOND FAILURE OCCURRED AT 70,000 MILES.
