YOUR SITE SHOWS A HIGH NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS ON THE VEHICLE I OWN, A 2005 FORD F-150, IN WHICH PEOPLE ARE STARTLED WHEN A SIDE WINDOW ON THIS VEHICLE "POPS" LOUD ENOUGH TO BE A GUNSHOT, THEN FALLS INTO THE DOORFRAME. IN READING THEIR COMPLAINTS YOU CAN SEE HOW LUCKY SOME OF THEM WHERE TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT. MUCH LESS HAVING TO PAY ~$400. TO HAVE IT REPAIRED BY FORD. THIS CLEARLY IS A DESIGN FLAW THAT SHOULD BE CORRECTED AND PAID FOR BY FORD MOTOR CO. MY QUESTION TO YOU IS, WHY HAVEN'T YOU INVESTIGATED THIS MATTER YET??? *TR
