Consumer Description

I BOUGHT A DODGE RAM 1500 QUAD CAB BRAND NEW IN 2001. IN 2007 I NOTICED A CRACK IN THE DASH THAT HAS WENT FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER AND TOP TO BOTTOM. I FEEL THAT IF THE VEHICLE WERE TO BE INVOLVED I N A CRASH PIECES OF THE DASH COULD INJURE SOMEONE'S EYES OR OTHER PARTS. I HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH CHRYSLER THROUGH A FRIEND AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN ADDRESS THE ISSUE ( I AM NOT ALONE WITH THIS PROBLEM) WITH ME, ALL THEY SAID WAS THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHO MADE THE PRODUCT FOR THEM, WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE, THEY HAVE COMPUTERS THEY KNOW. I FEEL THAT THE GENERAL PUBLIC COULD BE HURT BY THIS PROBLEM AND IT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED. *TR
