TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD FOCUS. WHEN DRIVING OVER ICE OR SNOW THE VEHICLE WILL BEGIN TO SHIMMY. THIS CONDITION REDUCES HIS ABILITY TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR INSPECTION. SINCE THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE, A REMEDY COULD NOT BE PROVIDED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 8800.
