TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH THE TURN SIGNALS WOULD NOT OPERATE. HE HAD TO TURN THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH OFF AN THEN BACK ON TO OPERATE THE SIGNALS. ALSO THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS DO NOT OPERATE AT THE INTENDED SPEED. THE AUTHORIZED DEALER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE MALFUNCTIONS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,400. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 40,551.
