TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE HIS TIRES HE NOTICED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE SWOLLEN AND DISFIGURED. HE WAS ALSO UNABLE TO TAKE THEM OFF OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALER. THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS, THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 55674.
