TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH THE WHEELS LOCKED; WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO STOP WITHOUT PRIOR WARNINGS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP, BUT THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 59000.
