Consumer Description

WE HAVE A 2000 FORD EXPEDITION THAT BLEW OUT A SPARK PLUG ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND THIS WEEKEND IT BLEW OUT ANOTHER SPARK PLUG. THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED I WAS DRIVING TO TOWN AND MY TRUCK STARTED TO RUN ROUGH AND SOUNDED AWFUL. THIS TIME MY SON HAPPENED TO BE DRIVING IT AND IT DID THE SAME THING. WE HAD TO GET IT TOWED BACK HOME PLUS HAVE SOMEONE TO FIX IT. THE GARAGE THAT FIXED IT USED A HELICOIL REPAIR KIT. I GUESS THAT THEY WILL DO THE SAME THING THIS TIME. I SURE AM DISAPPOINTED IN THE FACT THAT IT KEEPS COSTING ME MONEY TO FIX. I THINK THAT FORD NEEDS TO RECALL THE SUV. *TR
