LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS SEPARATED FROM THEIR HOUSING AT 38,081 MILES ON BOTH SIDES OF VEHICLE. INSPECTION REVEALED VEHICLE IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. DEALER SAYS HE HAS REPLACED THESE FAILED PARTS ON MANY DODGE NEON VEHICLES. *TR
