MY KEY LOCKS UP AND I CANNOT TURN IT ALL THE WAY BACK TO RELEASE THE KEY. THEREFORE MY KEY REMAINS IN THE IGNITION. I AM ABLE TO START THE CAR BUT UNABLE TO REMOVE THE KEY. *TR
