Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 SATURN ION. THE CONTACT HEARD A NOISE AND THEN THE POWER STEERING WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER AND BECAME DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THERE WAS NO RECALL ON HER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WILL CALL THE MANUFACTURER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
