PAINT IS BUBBLING AND FLAKING OFF. FORD SAYS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY, AREAS ARE FROM THE SIZE OF A 1/8INCH TO A AREA 6 INCHES IN SOMEWHAT OF A CIRCLE... SINCE PAINT BLEW OFF AND LOOKS SO BAD I HAVE TRIED A FIX BUT PAINT DOES NOT WANT TO ADHERE.... I SEE A TSB ON THIS BUT FORD SAYS IT IS NOT FOR MY PARTICULAR VEHICLE> WONDER WHY TSB IS ABOUT PAINT BUBBLING, BUT DOES NOT SAY A CERTAIN SERIAL NUMBER... *TR
