TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC CTS. WHILE DRIVING 1 MPH, THE BALL JOINT FRACTURED AND CAUSED THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE VEHICLE TO COLLAPSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND IS CURRENTLY BEING REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 30,160.
