TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT RECENTLY PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND TOOK IT TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR INSPECTION. THE TECHNICIAN OBSERVED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE STRUT TOWER WAS RUSTED. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 130,000.
