Consumer Description

WHEN I AM ON AN INCLINE AND I TAKE MY FOOT OFF OF THE GAS MY CAR WILL ROLL BACKWARDS. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO BE FIXED BECAUSE I HEARD THERE WAS A TSA FOR IT. THEY SAID IT WAS NORMAL TO ROLL BACKWARDS AND THAT I NEEDED TO KEEP MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE. I HAVE ALMOST HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE BECAUSE OF IT ROLLING BACKWARDS. THIS SHOULD NOT BE DOING THIS IN AN AUTOMATIC. *TR
