Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH HER DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW. IT WOULD ROLL DOWN, BUT NOT BACK UP. THE DEALER REPLACED THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW REGULATOR IN SEPTEMBER OF 2008 AT THE COST OF $431.89. HOWEVER, IN DECEMBER OF 2008, THE PASSENGER AND DRIVER'S SIDE SECOND ROW WINDOWS BOTH EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURES. SHE DID NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT BEEN NOTIFIED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 99,748 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,515.
