Consumer Description

I OWN A 2006 CADILLAC CTS WHICH I'VE HAD FOR TWO YEARS. LAST NIGHT WHILE PARKED IN MY GARAGE, MY SUNROOF SHATTERED. AFTER INSPECTION I NOTICED THAT NO DEBRIS HAD FALLEN ON IT AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE THERE WERE NO EXISTING CRACKS OR SCRATCHES. I LOOKED INTO IT AND REVIEWED MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS AND THE FACT THE NHTSA HAS INVESTIGATED THIS PROBLEM WITH CADILLAC BEFORE. I AM TAKING THE VEHICLE TO A CADILLAC DEALER TOMORROW, BUT AFTER SPEAKING TO THEM ON THE PHONE THEY MADE IT CLEAR THAT THEY THINK THE SUNROOF SHATTERING WAS A RESULT OF SOMETHING I DID. *TR
