Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 BUICK LESABRE. THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW WAS DOWN AND WOULD NOT GO BACK UP. TWO YEARS PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, BOTH OF THE REAR WINDOW REGULATORS WERE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE WINDOW REGULATORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 56,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,000.
