TL* THE DRIVER OWNS A 2000 BUICK LESABRE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR WINDOWS DROPPED DOWN INTO THEIR DOOR PANELS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP AND THE WINDOWS WERE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
