Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE THE CONTACT'S MOTHER-IN-LAW WAS HOLDING ON TO THE BAR ON THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE TO PULL HERSELF UP, IT FELL TO THE FLOOR. THE HANDLE IS LOCATED BETWEEN THE WINDSHIELD AND THE PASSENGER DOOR. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR AND THEY STATED THAT IT WAS A COSMETIC ISSUE, WHICH WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
