TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT PURCHASED THE VEHICLE USED WITH THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY. SHE STATED THAT THE EMISSIONS LIGHT IS CONSTANTLY ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC, BUT THE EMISSIONS SENSOR IS NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY. THE CONTACT FEELS THAT THE DEALER SHOULD REPAIR THE FAILURE UNDER THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 39,500 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,023.
