I OWN A 2000 FORD WINDSTAR. THE ABS LIGHT HAS BEEN ON SINCE I BOUGHT THE VAN, WITCH WAS IN FEB OF 08. TODAY JUNE2 OF 08 THE SPEEDOMETER WENT OUT AND SO DID ODOMETER. A FUSE WAS BLOWN, I LOOKED FOR ANSWERS ON THE WEB AND RAN ACROSS THIS WEB PAGE HTTP://WWW.2CARPROS.COM/FORUM/1-VT49767.HTML?POSTDAYS=0&POSTORDER=ASC&START=0 THIS LISTED EVERYTHING THAT HAD BEEN WRONG WITH MY VAN SINCE I BOUGHT IT. IT IS ALSO KNOW TO CAUSE FIRES FROM HAVING FAULTY BRAKE DEACTIVATION SWITCH. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FORD HAS RECALLED LOTS OF THE CARS AND TRUCKS FOR THIS SWITCH BECAUSE IT CAUSES FIRES. *TR
