2000 FORD WINDSTAR ABS LIGHT BASED ON ABS POWER RELAY FAILURE, IN ASSOCIATION WITH PREVIOUS RECALL. THAT RECALL WAS REPAIRED BY FORD (RECALL 09S09 WAS COMPLETED BY FORD), BUT THEY DID NOT ADDRESS THE ABS LIGHT. ABS LIGHT WITH POWER RELAY (ECM) PERSISTS. *TR
