TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN HE PUTS HIS SEAT BELT ON, A SPARK COMES FROM THE RETRACTOR AREA AND THE RADIO SHUTS OFF INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER AND THEY CHANGED THE BATTERY TWICE, YET THE FAILURE STILL PERSISTS. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 59,439 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
