Consumer Description
THE 2007 SUBARU OUTBACK (MANUAL) PULSATES AND SURGES WHEN DRIVING ON FLAT SURFACES OR WHEN GOING DOWNHILL AND WHILE LIGHTLY PUSHING ON THE ACCELERATOR. CONCERN EXISTS FOR WHEN DRIVING ON WET OR ICE/SNOW PACKED ROADS AND THE VEHICLE SURGES WITH THE POTENTIAL TO THROW IT INTO A SPIN OR OTHERWISE OUT-OF-CONTROL. MANUFACTURER HAS INDICATED IT IS AN INHERENT CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE WITH NO FIXES AVAILABLE, ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE A QUALITY MONITORING REPORT IN PLACE TO HOPEFULLY IMPROVE IN FUTURE YEARS. *TR
