Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 BUICK LESABRE. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE FRONT WINDOWS AND PASSENGER SIDE REAR WINDOW WORKED INTERMITTENTLY. THE WINDOWS ROLLED DOWN HALFWAY AND WOULD NOT GO BACK UP. THE DEALER REPLACED THE WINDOW REGULATORS FOR THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT AND REAR WINDOWS. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE WITH THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 84,000 AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. UPDATED 01/29/08 *BF
