Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 AUDI A4. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE VEHICLE UNEXPECTEDLY ACCELERATED. THE CONTACT REMOVED HER FOOT FROM THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL AND APPLIED THE BRAKES; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. SHE PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER AND TURNED OFF THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AFTER FIVE MINUTES AND THE ENGINE BEGAN TO REV WHILE IN PARK. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATOR LIGHTS PRESENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED BY A DEALER. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 8,000.
