I OWN A 2005 DODGE NEON (CHRYSLER) AND THE PAINT IS COMING OFF THE CAR. THE DEALERSHIP SAYS I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FIX WHEN IT IS A FACT THAT THE VEHICLE HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT/COLLISION. HOW/WHY WOULD A TWO YEAR OLD CAR LOOSE ITS PAINT SO FAST. WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS IF THIS VEHICLE WAS EVER RECALLED. THE DEALERSHIP IS SO BUSY TRYING TO PROTECT ITSELF THAT IT DID NOT RESEARCH ANY OR ALL RECALLS ON THIS VEHICLE. *TR
