Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 DODGE DURANGO. THE VEHICLE SURGED UNCONTROLLABLY BETWEEN 60-80 MPH BEFORE THE BRAKES ENGAGED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE SERVICE SHOP ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE, BUT THEY COULD NOT. THE SECOND TIME THE FAILURE OCCURRED, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DIFFERENT DEALER. THEY WERE ABLE TO PROPERLY MAKE THE REPAIR ACCORDING TO THE SERVICE BULLETIN THAT THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED FOR THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 110,200.
