TRANSMISSION WARNING LIGHT APPEARED. BROUGHT TO DEALER AND THE 'UPDATED' THE SOFTWARE WHICH WAS NOT COVERED BY MY WARRANTY. CAR NOW JERKS INTO GEAR. WARRANTY NOW EXPIRED, AND DEALER SAYS THE TRANSMISSION IS 'GOING OUT AND TIME TO TRADE UP' (BUY A NEW VOLVO) *JB
