Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE CONTACT SMELLED SMOKE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. SHE WAS THEN ALERTED BY A MOTORIST THAT HER VEHICLE WAS ON FIRE. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS. SHE PULLED OVER AND EXITED THE VEHICLE BEFORE IT BECAME ENGULFED IN FLAMES. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE. THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE WAS UNDETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AWAY. THE VEHICLE HAD AN OIL CHANGE TWO DAYS BEFORE THE FIRE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 36,000.
