Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2001 DURANGO THAT HAS A RECALL FOR A WIRING CONNECTOR UNDER THE FRONT SEAT. I WANT TO FIX IT MYSELF DO TO MY LAST EXPRIENCE AT A DEALER. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT HAD TO GO TO THE DEALER AND NO REPAIR KIT COULD BE PROVIDED TO ME. THIS IS WRONG! MAYBE THE DEALER COULD LET ME HAVE HIS CAR FOR A DAY. I COULD DO A LOT THAT THEY WOULD NEVER KNOW. PLEASE HELP!
