Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC CTS. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH AND MAKING A TURN, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WOULD SEND OUT AN INVESTIGATOR AND ADVISED HER TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT. AN INJURY RESULTED FROM THE CRASH. POLICE AND AMBULANCE REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 159 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 159. UPDATED 02-01-08. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED GM INFORMED HIM THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY DUE TO LOW SPEED. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT THE TUNE OF $16,000. UPDATED 02/01/08 *TR
