MICHELIN TIRES P235-65R17103T CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE TIRES HAVE ENOUGH RUBBER ON THEM BUT ARE CRACKING ON THE TREAD**CC THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD THE TIRES HAD DRY ROT DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. *JB
