I OWN A 1999 HONDA ACCORD EX AND AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. THIS SUMMER, MY CAR HAS BEEN DIFFICULT TO START DURING HOT WEATHER. THE CAR GIVES A HEALTHY CRANK BUT WILL NOT FULLY TURNOVER. USUALLY AFTER WAITING FOR THE WEATHER TO COOL DOWN, THE CAR THEN STARTS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. *NM
