DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE VEHICLE BOUNCED WHILE DRIVING DOWN A HILL OR COMING TO A STOP. ALTHOUGH THE TECHNICIAN RODE IN THE VEHICLE AFTER INSPECTION AND STATED THIS WAS NOT NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS, THE DEALERSHIP WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE A PROBLEM.
