INITIALLY (2) TIMES THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM ENGINE WHEN GAS PEDAL DEPRESSED, WE HAVE HAD 3-4 INCIDENTS OF WHEN STOPPED AT INTERSECTION, OR DRIVING SLOWLY IN PARKING LOT ENGINE SURGES AND BREAKS HAD TO BE APPLIED SEVERELY TO PREVENT CAR FROM HITTING OTHER CARS, THE LAST INCIDENT WAS THE TRANSMISSION WOULD NOT SHIFT FROM 1ST GEAR AND CAR WOULD NOT GO FASTER THAN 20 MPH. ALL OF THESE ARE SAFETY ISSUES. *NM
