Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2005 Hyundai XG350. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, there was a strong fuel odor coming from the vehicle. In addition, there was fuel leaking from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 12V345000 (Fuel System, Gasoline, Fuel System, Diesel, Fuel System Other). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 157,000.
