Consumer Description

ATTEMPTED TO START THE JEEP AND THE CAR STALLED 3 TIMES BEFORE IT WOULD STAY STARTED. ONCE THE CAR STARTED THE OIL LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYED ON. TOOK THE CAR TO THE SERVICE DEPT WHO FOUND METAL INSIDE THE OIL PUMP, WHICH CAUSED THE OIL PUMP TO FAIL AND THE ENGINE WAS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR. COMPLETE ENGINE REPLACEMENT...STILL WAITING ON THE ENGINE WHICH HAD TO BE ORDERED. OWNED THE JEEP 3 WEEKS AND HAS 1000 MILES ON IT. *JB
