Consumer Description
DT: 2002 FORD TAURUS. THE CONSUMER STATES THE STARTER MOTOR HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AND IT HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP. THEY REPLACED THE STARTER MOTOR. THIS HAPPENED ON OCTOBER 4, 2005. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO THIS. THE CONSUMER STATED THE WARRANTY EXPIRED ON AUGUST 24, 2005 AND THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE EXPIRED ALSO. *AK UPDATED 2/7/2006 - *NM
