Consumer Description
DT: CONTACT OWNED A 2005, DODGE, DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING OVER 40 MPH WITH THE BACK WINDOWS DOWN, THE DOORS AND THE WINDOWS SHOOK VIOLENTLY. HAD TO PUT THE BACK WINDOWS UP TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. CONTACT HAD FOUR PEOPLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP DRIVE THE VEHICLE, AND THEY NOTICED THE SAME THING. DEALERSHIP STATED THAT THEY WERE THE FIRST ONE TO BRING THIS PROBLEM TO THEIR ATTENTION. THE CHRYSLER REPRESENTATIVE STATED THAT THIS VEHICLE HAD SAME PROBLEM. THE ONLY SOLUTION WAS TO CRACK THE FRONT WINDOWS.*AK
